CALL TO ORDER Council President Robertson called the Committee of The Whole
Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order and led the audience in the
Pledge of Allegiance.

HERNANDEZ, CLARENCE MORIWAKI, ALLAN EKBERG,
STEVE LAWRENCE, JOHN "Wally" RANTS.

Assistant to the City Administrator; MICHAEL KENYON, City
Attorney; LUCY LAUTERBACH, Council Analyst; ROSS

BUDGETING STATUS JOINT RETREAT
MINUTES
In Mayor VanDusen's opening remarks, he encouraged the Council to
focus on the overall status of the City and to leave personal prejudices,
and pet projects on the table for now as the Finance Director reviews the
Budgeting status of the City.
Alan Doerschel, Finance Director, gave a presentation on the four -year
actual history (1987 1990) plus 1991/1992 projected actuals of the City's
Revenue Trends, General and Capital Expenditures, and Labor and
Benefits History.
Council President Robertson suggested that the Council resume Budget
discussion in three weeks and focus on Policy Alternatives.
ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
