AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHING—
e TON, AMENDING SECTION 2.08.010 OF THE TUKWILA
4 MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR THE SETTING OF
THE MAYOR'S SALARY IN THE ANNUAL BUDGET AND
�rJ ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2.08.010 Amended. Section 2.08.010
of the Tukwila Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as fol- 3
lows:
2.08.010 Compensation. Pursuant to the provisions
of RCW 35A.12.070, the person holding the position of
Mayor shall be compensated at the rate of salary provid-
ed in the annual budget of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication as provided by
law.
