AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1314 TO REVISE THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE 51ST
AVENUE SOUTH ANNEXATION WHICH WAS ANNEXED TO THE
CITY PURSUANT TO SAID ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1314 was passed by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Tukwila, Washington, on April 9, 1984 annexing
certain territory to the City commonly known as the 51st Avenue
South Annexation, the legal description of which property was set
forth on Exhibit A to said ordinance, and

WHEREAS, the City has received a request from King
County to reformulate the the legal description of the property in
accordance with conventions of the County governing the formula-
tion of legal descriptions, which change in legal description will
not affect the actual boundaries of the property annexed, now,
therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 1314, passed
by the City Council on April 9, 1984, is hereby amended by
deleting the legal description set forth on Exhibit A to said
Ordinance No. 1314 and substituting in its place the legal de-
scription of said property which is set forth on Exhibit A to this
ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication as provided by
law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this day of
1984.

This annexation lies in the northeast portion of. Section 27 in Township 23 North
Range 4 East Willamette Meridian.
Beginning at the northeast corner of Section 27; thence North 88 42 minutes,
38 seconds West, 128.4 feet; thence South 0 15 minutes, 15 seconds East 30.0
feet; thence South 0 15 minutes, 15 seconds East 145.2 feet; thence South 88
42 minutes, 38 seconds East, 8.46 feet more or less to the True Point of
Beginning (this point being 89.94 feet west of west line of 51st Avenue South);
thence South 1 00 minutes, 42 seconds West, 118.20 feet, this point being the
north line of South 161st Street,; thence southerly across the right -of -way of
South 161st Street to a point on the south line of South 161st Street being
89.85 feet westerly of the west line of 51st Avenue South,; thence on a line
bearing South 1 00 minutes, 42 seconds West a distance of 118.20 feet; thence
North 88 42 minutes, 38 seconds West 60.33 feet; thence on a line bearing
South 0 14 minutes, 13 seconds East a distance of 72.6 feet; thence North 89
59 minutes, 10 seconds West a distance of 175.85 feet more or less; thence South
