This check is reimbursement for overpayment of permit fees on the permits D08 -504, D08 -505, and D08 -506. When these permits were brought in, the valuation was calculated by the 2006 IBC valuation table for utility structures. During the course of the permit review, it was determined that this valuation was too high and when reassessed, an overpayment on these permit fees resulted. The overpayments are as follows: The overpayment shows under the "System OverPayment Account" listed as item 9000 in Permits Plus.
