LEE STENSON CONSTRUCTION, INC. agrees that the easement afore mentioned, is for access to the above captioned lots and for the benefit of the present and future owners of the above said parcels and that F. LEE STENSON CONSTRUCTION, INC. agrees to install the access for Lots 19 and 20 with drainage and paving; and to grade the West surface to Lots 1 and 2, at a 2 to 1 slope, for future access to Lots 1 and 2, at his sole expense. I.n the event this easement is used for lots 1 and 2, the owners of said lots shall bear the cost of their construction. Future maintenance shall be divided among the users of the access.
