THIS AGREEMENT, made this.:'/0 of July, 1997, by and. between
E. LEE BTENBON CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Washington Corporation,
hereinafter termed "Grantee ": and ANNA N. CRIMSON, hereinafter
termed "Grantor ";
Grantor, for valuable consideration, does by these presents grant.
unto the Grantee a perpetual storm water easement 2.5 feet,
through, over and across the north line of the following described
property:
Lot 1, Block 2, A.G. Berg Addition to Tukwila, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 14, records of
King County, Washington (Parcel No. 0a` t�„Q5))
and
A 2.5 foot storm water easement through, over and across the south
line of the following described property:
Lot 2, Block 2, of A.G. Berg Addition to Tukwila, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 14, records
of King County, Washington (Parcel No. 07' witug
all situate in the southwest 1/4 of Section 14, T 23 N, R4W, W.M.
The purpose of the Easement shall be for storm water drainage and
or run off, for the benefit of the Grantee and owner of the follow-
ing described property:
The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said
easement, so long as said uses does not interfere with the drainage
and or run off of storm water. This easement shall be a covenant
running with the land and shall be binding on the successors, heirs
and assigns of both parties hereto.
