This easement is subject to existing interest in the premises
of whatsoever nature and any and all extension and renewals thereof.

The Grantor, its aucceaeors or assigns shall not place,
construct or maintain any building or other structure within the
boundary limits of said strip of land and shall do no blasting or
discharge any explosives within a distance of three hundred (300)

writing to any Utilities occupying said strip of land of intention
to do so.

The elimination of the neceseity for any geographic or
functional portion of this easement shall in no way effect nor
eliminate the rights, title, privileges and authority hereby granted
for the remaining portions of this easement. At such time as all
utility facilities have boon removed or otherwise permanently
abandoned and the drainage and slope encroachments of this eaac-
nent arc no lonner necessary by virtue of the drainage being en-
closed or diverted and the Grantor'e and Granted" adjacent pro-
portico brought to the same elevation, all such rights, title
privileges and authority hereby granted may be terminated and the
Grantor shall thenceforth hold and enjoy title to its right of
