We picked up another permit 8/13/08. It has come to our attention that the Evaluation Amount is for $240,000.00, our actual contract is $73,876. I am enclosing a copy of the contract verifying the amount. Apparently when the GC or JC Penney's requested the permit, they submitted an incorrect amount. We would like to request a adjustment and refund for both permits. Your help with this matter is appreciated. If you have any questions, please contact me at 253 307 -2835.
