The building N needed to house the district's various maintenance vehldes. The two vacant Iota at the northwest comer of the site are being consolidated Into the existing fadllty to complete the proposed site configuration. The site currently has two structures occupying the southern half of the site, with assodated storage bins and operations yard in the northeast corner. The structures are pre- englneered steel buildings with painted steel siding and wood shingle accent panels on the office building. The site will require minor grading to Join the vacant kit contours to the existing site contours. New landscape buffers wIX be Installed as required along the north, west and south property lines. The steel siding and roofing colors will be similar to the existing facility to help create continuity between the three structures. The bufding has been oriented on the site to facilitate vehicular drtxdation and to help screen the yard activities from the public right of way. A bid alternate Is planned to add 3 rainwater datems. 1500 gallons may be harvested and stored for later Irrigation use. The existing office building will have minor interior remodeling done. This win be primarily to bring the first floor toilet/shower rooms up to current ADA standards. Locker rooms wig also be Incorporated into the new layout.
