Permit # D06 -081) to complete a scheduled footing inspection. The inspection time requested was am /pm. I arrived on site about 10:30, there was no permit on site, no persons on site, and the footing was incomplete. I wrote a correction stating the same. When I came into the office later in the morning I received a phone message requesting a call from the footing contractor Mike Larson. I called the contractor he requested that I return to complete the inspection. I informed him he was not ready for the inspection to reschedule for Monday. He requested again that I return the same day; I said I would if I had time. He called later and asked if I was coming out and I repeated what I had already told him, he then said he would give me a hundred bucks if I came out and asked, or what does it take. I ended the conversation and reported the incident to the Tukwila Police Dept., the same date. After I reported the incident to the Tukwila Police, they contacted the contractor by phone the same date.
