Addition /relocation of walls, closets or partitions may require relocating and /or adding sprinkler heads. (IFC 901.4) 16: Sprinklers shall be installed under fixed obstructions over 4 feet (1.2 m) wide such as ducts, decks, open grate flooring, cutting tables, shelves and overhead doors. Please address the following comments In an itemized format with revised plans, specifications and /or other applicable documentation. PLAN SUBMITTALS: (Min. size 11x17 to maximum size of 24x36; all sheets shall be the same size). (Drawing and structural calculations sheets shall be original signed wet stamp not copied.) 1 The material design for the temporary dock shall be consistent with the rated type of construction for the Sears building. Provide a new design for the dock where the materials shall be consistent with the current building type of construction. 2 The loading dock plan indicates "Diagonal Bradng ". However construction of the diagonal bracing requires more clarification for seismic and wind bracing.
