AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING THE 1984 EDITION OF THE STANnARD
SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD, BRIDGE, AND V.UNTCIPAL
CONSTRUCTION AS THE CODE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
AND I;EPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 1093 AND 1250.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Standard Specifications for Road,
Bridge, and Municipal Construction prepared by the Washington State
Department of Transportation and the Washington State Chaper of
American Public Works Association, published in 1984, is hereby adopted
as the Code of the City of Tukwila, Washington, for regulating the
construction and maintenance of public works, including streets,
bridges, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water distribtution, structures
and other public works.
Section 2. That not less than three (3) copies of said
Standard Specifications have been and shall hereafter remain on
file for use in examination by the public in the Public Works Department.
Section 3. Ordinance Nos. 1093 and 1250 are hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this Q -day of 1984.
