ORDINANCE NO. A 32 0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
REAPPROPRIATING THE FUND 201 STREET UNLIMITED G.O.
1971 BALANCE TO THE STREET FUND -103 FOR THE
SOUTHCENTER BOULEVARD FROM INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 5 TO
INTERURBAN AVENUE PROJECT, AND AMENDING THE 1984
BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1310.
WHEREAS, City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 670 as amended by Ordinance
No. 731 authorized the City Street Unlimited G.O. 1971 Fund and use of King
County Forward Thrust Arterial Street funds; and
WHEREAS, The City petitioned King County to release the remainder of
the cash balance from the City Street Unlimited G.O. 1971 Fund via City of
Tukwila Resolution No. 783 dated April 6, 1981 to be used for the Southcenter
Boulevard from Interstate Highway 5 to Interurban Avenue street project; and
WHEREAS, King County released the unused King County Forward Thrust
Arterial Project funds per King County Ordinance No. 6262.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The final budget for the fiscal year 1984, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1310, passed by the City Council on December 22, 1983, is hereby
amended by increasing revenues to the Street Fund No. 103.361.100 by the sum
of $3,0OO.OU and increasing the Operating Transfers -In to the Street Fund by
the sum of $33,504.00; and decreasing revenues to the City Street Unlimited
G.O. 1971 Fund No. 201.361.100 by the sum of $3,000.00 and decreasing the
estimated Beginning Unreserved Fund Balance by $33,504.00, and by increasing
the Street Fund appropriations and decreasing the City Street Unlimited G.O.
1971 Fund appropriations for the following line items:

Section 2: Ordinance No. 1310, passed the City Council on December
22, 1983, is hereby further amended by revising the summary of totals of esti-
mated revenues and appropriations for each seperate fund and the aggregate
total of all such funds combined incorporated in said ordinance to reflect the
foregoing changes in revenues and appropriations as set forth in Section 1
of this ordinance.
Section 3: The Finance Director is hereby authorized and instructed
to effectuate the necessary changes to the 1984 budget and to make all
necessary and appropriate line item entries and adjustments in order to
reflect the changes to revenues and appropriations as set forth in this
ordinance.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5)
days after passage and publication as provided by law.
