in consideration of ONE DOLLAR (S1.00). in hand paid, and other good and valuable consideration, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey and warrant to WASHINGTON NATURAL GAS
COMPANY, a Washington Corporation. its successor* and assigns, herein referred to as `Grantee% a
nonexclusive easement for a gas pipeline or pipelines under, ov :r. through and axon the following described

giving and :ranting to Grantee the right to construct, install, operate, maintain, protect, improve, repair.
replace and Abandon in place said gas pipeline or pipelines, together with the nonexclusive right of access to
and from said property. As used herein, the term 'pipeline shall include gas lines and services together with
such surface or sub - surface pipeline appurtenances and facilities as are necessary. in the judgement of
Grantee, for the operation and maintenance of said pipeline or pipelines. By the aauptance of this easement
Grantee agrees to hold the Grantor harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting frt..- •he operation or
maintenance of such pipeline or pipelines except ar may be attributable to the sole negligence of Grantor.
Grantor agrees not to erect any st ones on said easement.
