AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHING-
TON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1315 WHICH
ADOPTED A NEW LONG RANGE PARK AND OPEN SPACE
PLAN FOR THE CITY BY DELETING THE REQUIREMENT
OF RECORDING PLAN DOCUMENTS WITH THE KING
COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF RECORDS AND ELECTIONS.
WHEREAS, Section 3 of Ordinance 1315, adopted by the
City Council on April 16, 1984, directed that a copy of the
plan, program and study adopted pursuant to said ordinance be
recorded with the King County Department of Records and Elec-
tions, and
WHEREAS, it is inconvenient and costly to record said
documents due to their length and recording is not required
by law of optional municipal code cities as it is in the case
of'non- optional municipal code cities, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1315, passed by the City
Council on April 16, 1984, is hereby amended by revising
Section 3 to read as follows:
Section 3. A copy of the plan, program and study
in the form adopted by this ordinance shall be
authenticated and recorded by the City Clerk along
with this ordinance, and pursuant to RCW
35A.12.140, not less than one copy of such docu-
ments shall be filed in the office of the City
Clerk for use and examination by the public.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication as pro-
vided by law.

WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this 2/, day of
