Per section 1431 of the WA State Energy Code, this system would not qualify as a simple system. Please provide the manufacturer's specifications and installation instructions for this equipment. State Energy Code, this system would not qualify as a simple system. Please provide the manufactures specifications and installation instructions for this equipment. If the above statement is correct, the WA State Mechanical Summary forms will need to be resubmitted as a complex system. 2. The building permit submittal for this building bases the proposed insulation envelope on space heat type "all other ". If the heating is provided with electric resistance heaters, the insulation envelope will need to be based on electric resistance heating. Please confirm what compliance path will be used. 3. In the fan schedule on page M014 there are two fans listed as BF-S1 and BF -S2, vehicle tailpipe blowers. I could not find them on the plans. Please add them or note where they can be found. 4. Please highlight pages in the page index, G012 and G013, that are included with this permit application. This will be required for all permit submittals for this site to simplify approved plans so that inspectors will be able to reference included pages from this index.
