Permits presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the code or other ordinances of the City of Tukwila shall not be valid. These devices shall be separately zoned in the alarm panel and local U.L. central station supervision is required. Smoke detectors shall be labeled by an approved agency for air -duct installation and shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions. THE GC WILL FURNISH A LIGHTSTAT THERMOSTAT FOR CONTROL OF ALL NEW A.C. UNITS (MODEL #TME -POI). 2. TEMPERATURE CONTROLS SHALL BE A PART OF THE MECHANICAL WORK. FURNISH AND INSTALL ALL COMPONENTS, INCLUDING THERMOSTATS, TIME CLOCK, ELECTRIC WIRING, ETC., REQUIRED FOR A COMPLETE SYSTEM. 3. ALL CONTROL WIRING SHALL BE INSTALLED IN CONDUIT. 4. THE DAMPERS, SPLITTERS AND DEFLECTORS SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO SATISFY THE HVAC REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONDITIONED SPACE AND LOCKED IN PLACE AS REQUIRED. 12.WORK SHALL ALSO INCLUDE TESTING AND BALANCING OF A.C. SYSTEM BY A CERTIFIED BALANCING CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT COPIES OF TEST AND BALANCE REPORTS SHOWING DETAILED RESULTS OF WORK, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: FLOW READINGS, STATIC PRESSURES, TEMPERATURE READINGS, MOTOR AMPERAGE, BALANCING OF AIR QUANTITIES TO PLAN REQUIREMENTS, ETC.
