During the design of the phase III TIB project it was discovered that four billboards were located within the City's ROW. The two billboards that are covered under these two permits directly impact the City's road construction project and thus need to be removed in order not to hinder the City's project. The City has already awarded the bid for the construction project and we need to get these billboards removed ASAP. If you could please remove the applications as quickly as possible that would be great. As I noted there were a total of four billboards within the ROW. The City is currently working with Clear Channel to get the two remaining billboards removed.
