This procedure is in addition to any requirements for special inspection. 8: All wood to remain in placed concrete shall be treated wood. 9: There shall be no occupancy of a building until final inspection has been completed and approved by Tukwila building inspector. No exception. 10: Manufacturers installation instructions shall be available on the job site at the time of inspection. 11: All construction noise to be in compliance with Chapter 8.22 of the City of Tukwila Municipal Code. We understand that the foundation will consist of a continuous footing 1foot wide and embedded 1.5 feet below existing asphalt. The bottom of the footing will be at Elevation 26.70. The top of the sanitary sewer is at Elevation 23.93 (2.75 feet below the bottom of the footing) and the top of the storm sewer is at Elevation 19.72 (7 feet below the bottom of the footing). We understand that the 1200 pounds per square foot (psf) bearing includes live floor loading as well as snow loading. Using the 1200 psf bearing, the calculated increase in vertical stress on the sanitary sewer is 245 psf and on the storm sewer is 90 psf. The increases are calculated at the center of the footing. The increase in pressure on the sanitary sewer is approximately the same as a construction worker standing on the pipe. The design standards required at 18.50.050 (5) and (6) may be modified by the DCD Director as a Type 2 Special Permission decision. 1. The criteria for approval of a roof pitch flatter than 5:12 are as follows: a. The proposed roof pitch is consistent with the style of the house (for example modern, southwestern); b.
