J, 10 a g,� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED SALES TAX REVENUES FOR THE CHRISTENSEN TRAIL BRIDGE AND THE PURCHASE OF A FERRARI CLOCK AND AMENDING THE 1983 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1285. WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 853, authorized the construction of the Christensen Trail Pedestrian Bridge to be used also to carry the water and sewer lines to serve Southcenter South, and WHEREAS, by Council motion, the cost of the bridge will be borne by Water, Sewer and Recreation (1/3 to each), and WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the purchase of a Ferrari Clock as recommended by the Arts Commission, and WHEREAS, the Current Fund has received unanticipated sales tax revenues in 1983 that can cover the cost of these items. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: The 1983 Budget of the City of Tukwila, Washington, as adopted by Ordinance No. 1285 is hereby amended to include the following: REVENUE Current Fund 000 313 100 Local Retail Sales $52,800 and Use Tax EXPENDITURE Current Fund 000 03 573 200 64 Arts Commission 2,890 Equipment 000 20 597 001 00 Contribution to $50,000 Land Acq_, Bldg. Dev, (Recreation's share) $52,800 PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this ,Z/ day of ��1� 1983.
