In the event DERBIGUM must make repairs, the BUILDING OWNER is responsible for providing a dean roof surface such that repairs can be made. Dear Mike, The overall average r -value of the polyisocyanurate insulation system on this project, including the 2" base layer, the 1 /8" /foot taper system with a ' /z" starting panel edge and the ' /2" /foot gross slope crickets per our submittal drawing is R36.82. This information is based on the computer takeoff program that we use that takes into account the r -value of each individual panel minus the waste.
