The final inspection report shall be prepared by the approved special inspection agency and shall be submitted to the Building Official prior to and as a condition of final inspection approval. 7: All construction shall be done in conformance with the approved plans and the requirements of the International Building Code or International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, Washington State Energy Code. 8: Remove all demolition rubble and loose miscellaneous material from lot or parcel of ground, properly cap the sanitary sewer connections, and properly fill or otherwise protect all basements, cellars, septic tanks, wells, and other excavations. Final inspection approval will be determined by the building inspector based on satisfactory completion of this requirement. 9: All plumbing and gas piping work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the Cityof Tukwila Permit Center. 10: All electrical work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the City of Tukwila Building Department (206- 431 - 3670). 11: VALIDITY OF PERMIT: The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any of the provisions of the building code or of any other ordinances of the City of Tukwila. During our observation we collected photographs documenting the completed stages of construction and verified conformance to the structural drawings. We have also reviewed the Special Inspectors reports. We know of no outstanding structural deficiencies. (Roofing design and inspection was by others.) This structural observation does not replace continuous special inspection, as required by the building code, which has been performed by others. The definition from Section 1702 (IBC 2006) reads as follows: "STRUCTURAL OBSERVATION means, the visual observation of the structural system by a registered design professional for general conformance to the approved construction documents at significant construction stages, and at the completion of the structural system.
