The issuance of a permit based on construction documents and other data shall not prevent the Building Official from requiring the correction of errors in the construction documents and other data. 8: All sections of new fence shall meet required setbacks, including 12.5 foot setback from south property line, and 5 foot setback from west property line. A lot consolidation (Tukwila land use file # L09 -048) is pending between the project parcel (number 3623049011), and the parcel of the east (number 3623049059). 10: Call Before you Dig: Two (2) busness days before commencing any excavation the contractor shall call 811 or 1- 800 - 424 -5555 to provide notice of their scheduled start of excavartion. Contractor shall notify Public Works Project Inspector at (206)433 -0179 of commencement and completion of work at least 24 hours in advance. 11: The City of Renton owns, operates and maintains an existing 12 -inch water line, with related valves, a fire hydrant, water meter and an 8 -inch sanitary sewer line and MHs within the subject property. The City of Renton does not object to the installation of the proposed fence and gate subject to the following conditions: a) Access to Renton utilities within the property must be provided at all times. The property owner shall provide the City of Renton with the access code to the electronic keypad on the gate 12: PSE has two (2) gas mains installed on the frontage of the subject property. A 36" clearance must be maintained vertically andhorizontally from the distribution (IP) gas main. When the contractor calls for utility locates, PSE Public improvement Inspector will be automatically notified of the work in the vicinity of PSE HP gas main and any IP gas main larger than 4" in diameter. Per the International Building Code, International Mechanical Code, Uniform Plumbing Code and /or the National Electric Code, every permit issued by the Building Division under the provisions of these codes shall expire by limitation and become null and void if the building or work authorized by such permit has not begun within 180 days from the issuance date of such permit, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after the work has begun for a period of 180 days. Your permit will expire on 05/11/2010. Based on the above, you are hereby advised to: 1) Call the City of Tukwila Inspection Request Line at 206 - 431 -2451 to schedule for the next or final inspection. Each inspection creates a new 180 day period. 2) Submit a written request for permit extension to the Permit Center at least seven (7) days before it is due to expire. Address your extension request to the Building Official and state your reason(s) for the need to extend your permit. The Building Code does allow the Building Official to approve one extension of up to 180 days. If it is determined that your extension request is granted, you will be notified by mail.
