To determine basic access and utilities available, show schematically the following: A. Available public storm system in South 148th to drains to to include size of pipe or identify ditch, if exists. B. Available water main in South 148th (size of pipe) to provide domestic and fire flows. C. Available sewer main in South 148th (size of pipe) to provide sewer service. (Include side sewer location and depth if exists). 2. Show on plan both existing and proposed 2 ft contours and direction of proposed surface runoff of property. 3. Need availability letters from Water District # 125 and Val Vue Sewer District. The water availability letter is to identify 1000 GPM with 20 PSI residule pressure unless sprinkling of building is proposed that will meet the Fire Marshall's requirements. 4.
