This letter is to advise that preconstruction work for ULID 20 is
currently going on preliminary to the installation of sanitary
sewers in an area that includes property addressed at 4215 and
4223 S. 144th Street and owned by Dale and Kathy Becker.
The project has been designed and put out to bid with a bid
opening of March 4,. 1991. Construction is anticipated to begin
late spring or early summer.
