The purpose of this letter is to indicate the following shall occur
prior to final approval of your boundary line adjustment. In
reviewing the legal descriptions before and after the boundary line
adjustment, the after legal description is incorrect.
The revised line can be appropriately described using existing
legal. Since mutual property line is no longer straight, it must
be defined either by Metes & Bounds or by Exception. For instance,
"except that portion lying easterly (westerly) of the following
described line
Again, until the legal descriptions have been corrected your
boundary line adjustment shall not be approved. The revised legal
shall be submitted by Friday, March 20, 1992, 3:OOpm. I left a
message on your telephone recorder Wednesday, February 26, 1992
