Before the short subdivision:
That portion of Lot 2, Block 3, Adam's Home Tracts, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Volume 11 of Plats, page 31, in King County, Washington, lying northerly of the
following line:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the north 52' of the south two -thirds of Lot 1,
Block 3 of said plat; thence on a curve to the right having a raduis of 20' an arc length
of 31.42' to a point which lies 20' east and 20' south of the point of beginning as
measured parallel with the south and west lines of said Lot 2; thence southeasterly in
a straight line a distance of 64.70' to a point which is 52' west and 105' north of the
southeast corner of Lot 2 as measured parallel with the south and east lines of said
Lot 2; thence east and parallel with the south line of said Lot 2 to the east line of
said Lot 2 and the terminus of said line.
