RE: 90- 1 -BLA: Mikami Boundary Line Adjustment

This application is now ready for your signature.
The City Engineer has requested that the State Dept. of
Transportation drainage easement and traffic mitigation
requirements on (the northern) Lot 1 be entered on the legal
descriptions. However, I question whether this is necessary
since we know that the boundary line adjustment has no affect on
the drainage easement, the drainage easement is not affected by
the BLA, and Public Works has already secured a cash assurance
for traffic mitigation.
