VanDuseu, Mayor In response to our telephone conversation on October 1, 1991, the Department of Community Development has three concerns regarding the above boundary line adjustment. These concerns are stated below: 1) The City's critical area sensitive areas maps indicate your property has a stream /wetland running through the southern portions. The property is affected by the S.A.O. (Sensitive Areas Ordinance). 2) Lot 4 is not considered a legal lot of record. There are only three legal lots of record, therefore, the boundary line adjustment needs to be modified. The new legal description shall include these changes. 3) I understand at one time the City was interested in purchasing this property. Please submit any information pertaining to this issue. Under the existing SAO an Environmental Checklist is required; however, the Mayor has amended the Ordinance waiving Environmental Checklist for single family developments. If you are willing to wait for three weeks a fee of $225.00 for an Environmental Checklist will not be required.
