We have studied many solutions to deal with garbage coming from Zoopa restaurant. The kitchen process demands that waste and supplies do not intermix. Therefore, two doors on opposite sides of the kitchen are needed., Zoopa is prepared to cart the trash ± 80 feet. To cart the trash across drive lanes on through parked cars .would not be a practical solution during the course of the next 10 years. Enclosed is the required information for this submittal We . have studied this problem for many months and .believe' it is a strong design solution that would meet the city's design goals. Sincerely, Vince Ferrese, AIA Vice President Enclosure cc: Walter Kaczynski 624L ARCHITECTURE PLANNING .& INTERIOR DESIGN 2000 112TH AVE NE BELLEVUE WA 98004 (206) 454 3344 FAX(206)646 4776 DESIGN REVIEW APPLICATION 1.
