Your request for waiver is to allow you to clear this property in
preparation for unspecified future development. The exhibits
submitted are a Statutory Warranty Deed and vicinity map. The
basis for your request is the presence of all utilities and a
public street, that the property was once used for a residence
and that the property is surrounded by single family development.
My review of your request is constrained to only what discretion
the City Council gave me in Ordinances Nos'. 1550 and 1566.
These ordinances specifically require a specific development
proposal included in to any waiver request. Also required is
that any clearing be for avoiding hazards or threats to safety of
people and property.
Based upon the constraints of these ordinances, your stated basis
of the request and your submitted exhibits, I can not approve
your waiver request. A specific development proposal was not
submitted. No hazard to public safety exists.
Should you have a specific development proposal and any evidence
of threat to public safety for the requested clearing, I'll be
happy to review this information and reconsider my decision.

As an owner of lot 8 block 4 I am asking you to grant me a waver from
current " Moratorium on development :' in the city of Tukwila.
Lot Description:
Single family residence lot in residential area on public street with all
public utilities, surrounded by single family homes on all three sides with
direct access to residential street on the fourth side. The lot size is
13.056 sq.ft ( 68 x 192 ) exact the same as all the lots on the block 4
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts. At that moment there is no improvements
left on the property but at one time before there was a residential house
on it.
Intended work description:
To clear cut and dispose all bushes and small trees on the property in
preparation for future development.
Enclose: 1) Copy of warranty deed.
2) Copy of plot map.
