The Public Works Department has reviewed and approves the subject
plan for revision of the parking lot per the following conditions
and requirements:
Elimination of the existing spur track per the requirements
and conditions of the railroad and also any other
conditions the railroad may have with regards to drainage
shall be applied to this plan. (Copy of easement buy back from
railroad attached).

WHEREAS, Union Pacific Railroad Company does not
now claim any right, title or interest in or to said land;

does hereby disclaim any right, title or interest in or to
