Dear Mr. Beeler,
We request that the present moritorium be waived for our
site at the northwest corner of Southcenter Boulevard and
52nd Avenue South, and allow us to submit for the
Determination of Non - Significance, process our plans through
the Architectural Review Committee and submit for our
building permit.
We are enduring tremendous hardship due to this moritorium.
$8,900 per month is the price to hold this land. In
addition Real Estate Taxes equal $475 per month.
We would appreciate your consideration of our circumstances
and allow us to proceed as outlined above.
