The responsibility to pay maintenance costs of the ingress and egress easement shall be equally divided among owners, present and future, that share use of the portion needing maintenance. Owners, present and future, having single purpose, not common, utility or roadway connections shall solely bear maintenance costs for that access connection and be responsible to return the easement to a state of good repair and generally attractive condition assimilating the condition prior to the maintenance work.
