COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS
Notice is hereby given that the following covenants and restrictions apply
to the tract of land described below:
Short subdivision of City of Tukwila No. L92 -0044, Also known
as Parcels 1, 2, and 3 of said City of Tukwila Short Subdivision
No. L92 - 0044, King County, Washington, Also known as Lot 18,
Block 2, 2nd Addition to Adams' Home Tracts as recorded in
Volume 12 of Plats, page 90, records of King County, Washington,
1) All utilities for this short plat to be placed underground per City
of Tukwila under grounding ordinance
2) All future homes constructed on the lots created by this short plat
will be required to have fire sprinkler systems installed per City
of Tukwila codes, as a condition of building permit
