RE: SETBACK REQUIREMENT WAIVER 89 -4 -SPE
Dear Mr. Hittle:
This letter is in response to your written request for the
reduction of your front yard setback from 30 feet to 20 feet. The .
requirements for R -1 7.2 (Single - Family resident) front yard
building setback is 30 feet.
The prevailing setback pattern in your area range from 5 feet
setback to 30 feet setback. With the average setback distance of
20.33 feet. Therefore, under Section 18.50.070 (3) Zoning
Code,your waiver request is granted.
