This letter serves to inform the City of Tukwila and potential future property owners of the condition of the underground storm retention system associated with the Flexi -S Building Phase I, located at 14n01 57th Avenue South. Td, storm retention tanks leading to the central man hole near the entrance to the parking lot are installed in such a way that these tanks do not drain completely - 6 inches to A inches of water are left sstending at the upper end of the system at the end of it drainage cycle. Inspectors and officers of City of Tukwila, Public Works Department have pointed out this deficienc', to the General Contractor and the General Contractor has notified the owner of the property. The system will work adequately in terms of retaining storm water. The overall capacity of the system maybe reduced somewhat. (The City engineer and the Installer estimate the reduction to be around 101.)
