Subject: Permission to Cross Fort Dent Three Site
BLA 90 -2
Dear Phil:
While the Fort Dent Three building site (BLA -90 -2, parcel B
on the enclosed map) is under the Radovich ownership, we
agree to grant permission to the City of Tukwila to cross
over this parcel to obtain access to the bank of the Green
River. The City's purpose in reaching the river bank will
M be to provide general maintenance to the bank, dike and
H recreational trail areas.
H As the property currently undeveloped, the land can be
ap '4 crossed at any point. At such time as the property becomes
developed and the City continues to require access, the
0 City will repair to its original condition any plants or
C materials (sprinkler heads, ground light fixtures, etc.)
05 that might be damaged while the City crosses the property.
This permission shall not run with the land but shall be
limited to our ownership.
