Dear Mr. Russell:
The City of Tukwila has completed its review of your Boundary Line Adjust-
ment. Please make the corrections noted in red and submit a revised copy
to us.
Additionally, we have also completed review of the proposed ingress /egress
easement over Lot 23. This easement is adequately described and needs no
change.
Upon City of Tukwila approval, the boundary line adjustment is recorded
with the King County Department of Records and Elections. The cost of
recordation is a basic $26 fee plus $5 for the first page and $1 for each
subsequent page. You are required to submit to the City of Tukwila a check
made out to the "King County Recorder" for the appropriate amount to record
both the boundary line adjustment and the access easement. The Tukwila
City Clerk will record the document.

RE: PROPOSED BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT LOTS 22/23,
SOUTHCENTER SOUTH INDUSTRIAL PARK
Dear Ms. Fox:
A proposed boundary line adjustment between Lots 22 and 23 of Southcenter South
Industrial Park is presently being reviewed by your office.
This adjustment will require an ingress- egress easement over Lots 23 for Lot 22 to
allow use of the new parking area on Lot 22.
Enclosed herewith is a description of the proposed ingress- egress easement over Lot 23.
This description would become a part of the document granting the easement.
In order to clarify the location of the easement it is referenced to the future lot line
which will be created by the boundary line adjustment and blanks have been left to
insert the proper BLA number and the recording number thereof when available.
