The correct project plan is that which shows three off -sets on the southern building. I have attached a site plan for your use. 2. The property was filled beginning at some early, unknown date in a random fashion. The last layer of sand /gravel fill was emplaced during the early 1960's. To our knowledge, no City regulations were violated at that time. 3. No material will be extracted from the site. The applicant envisions importing approximately 5,000 cu. yds. of sand /gravel structural fill from the Black River Quarry. Please contact me if you have further questions. Unfortunately, however, we now have four sets of plans that show the buildings and parking in slightly different locations and configurations. Please let us know which set of plans represents what the city approved. We would also like to know when the property was filled and whether all necessary permits were obtained, and we need to know the composition and volume of all fill and extracted material. Please send us this information by March 31, 1989. Finally, please note that we issued two different numbers to this permit. The correct number is 1989 - 10136, not 1989 - 10117. The review period will not begin until we receive a complete filing of the following material as stated in WAC 173 -14 -090. Please send us the needed material on or before April 10, 1989. (8) Identify source, composition, and volume of fill material. (9) Identify composition and volume of any extracted materials, and identify proposed disposal area. (10) Location of proposed utilties, such as sewer, septic tanks and drainfields, water, gas, electricity. This permit may be rescinded pursuant to RCW 90.58.140(8) in the event the permittee fails to comply with the terms or conditions hereof.
