VRFA HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
City of Tukwila Fire Department ( "Indemnlor") hereby agrees, to defend, indemniy and hold
harmless Valey Regional Fire Authority from any and all clams, demands, losses and labdities
by any person or party arisng from or resulting from the training or operations they undertake
during the term of this agreement, at our trainng station or other training facilities owned or
operated by Valey Regional Fre Authorlty. The training / operatbns may inckade, but are
not hinted to: Fire & EMS Training, Technical Rescue Training and Hazardous Materials Training.
TERM OF AGREEMENT: Annual, but renews automaticaly each calendar year, until
terminated.
TERMINATION: Ether party may termhate this agreement upon 30 days wrtten notice.
Indemnitor, or the responsble training coordinator thereof, shad conduct an orientation
and coordination meetng prior to their training or operations to ensure the safety of al
individuals involved.
