We were required by the City to set aside $4,500 for the removal of the fill should we default on any of our obligations under 87 -2 -SMP. A copy of the bank letter is attached. Now that we have been issued a Grade and Fill permit to preload the Fort Dent Two building site, a large portion of the fill material will be moved. We have also applied for a building permit. As development of the site is imminent, we request that the City release the set aside funds. A letter releasing the funds will be required by the bank but can be addressed to me.
