commitment from SEAFIRST Bonk under for
various construction projects. At the direction of John C. Radovich, we
have set aside funds from this commitment in the amount of $4,500 for
the removal of fill materials from the above project.
SEAFIRST Bank agrees on behalf of John C. Radovich to pay City of Tukwila
upon demand $4,500, or amounts thereof, if the removal of fill materials
from the project has not been made in accordance with the approved and
accepted plan and specifications of the City of Tukwila.
SEAFIRST Bonk will hold said funds ($4,500) until it has received written
release from the City of Tukwila certifying that all work hos been satis-
factorily completed.

Subject: Fill Pile Located On Portion of Fort Dent Two Site
In connection with Shoreline Use Permit No. 87 -2 -SMP, we placed
fill material on a portion of our Fort Dent Two site. We were
required by the City to set aside $4,500 for the removal of the
fill should we default on any of our obligations under 87 -2 -SMP.
A copy of the bank letter is attached.
Now that we have been issued a Grade and Fill permit to preload
the Fort Dent Two building site, a large portion of the fill
material will be moved. We have also applied for a building
permit. As development of the site is imminent, we request that
the City release the set aside funds. A letter releasing the
funds will be required by the bank but can be addressed to me.
