PERMIT FOR SHORELINE MANAGEMENT SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to RCW 90.58, a permit is hereby granted to:

to undertake the following development: construction of a 198,456 sq. ft.
warehouse with approximately 508 parking spaces. Possible future mezzanine
addition.

The project will be within shorelines of statewide significance
(RCW 90.58.030). The project will be located within low and high impact environment
designations. The following master program provisions are applicable to this
development p. 4.1 through 4.5 and TMC 18.44.
Development pursuant to this permit shall be undertaken pursuant to the follow-
ing terms and conditions Parking areas not to encroach into River Environment.
Landscaped areas to have automatic irrigation or equivalent.
This permit is granted pursuant to the Shoreline Management Act of 1971 and
nothing in this permit shall excuse the application from compliance with any
other federal, state or local statutes, ordinances or regulations applicable to
this project, but not inconsistent with the Shoreline Management Act (Chapter
90.58 RCW).
This permit may be rescinded pursuant to RCW 90.58.140(8) in the event the per -
mittee fails to comply with the terms or conditions hereof.

THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FILING AS DEFINED IN RCW 90.58.140(6) AND

FROM THE DATE OF SUCH FILING HAVE TERMINATED; EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN

Notice is hereby given that Mario A. Segale who is the owner of the below -
described property has filled an application for a substantial development
permit for the development of a 198,456- square foot warehouse with approximately
508 parking spaces and truck load areas; located at the south intersection of
Andover Park West and Segale Park Drive "C" within the SE } of Section 35 of
Township 23 N., Range 4 W.M., in Tukwila, Washington. Said development is
proposed to be within 200 feet of the Green River and /or its associated wet-
lands. Any person desiring to express his views or to be notified of the action
