The applicants mistakenly applied to King County for a Boundary Line Adjustment when in fact the subject property is within the City limits of Tukwila (Exhibit A). Staff agreed to review the requested boundary line adjustment subject to compliance with City requirements and short Subdivision Committee conditions prior to recordation. The applicants, Fred and Nancy Lintow, are requesting a boundary line adjustment between Lot 14 of Pleasant Heights Subdivision No. 2 and an unplatted lot desig- nated as Lot A on the map certificate (Exhibit B). The line will move north to follow an existing wood fence line. The surveyor has certified that the adjust- ed line is not within ten (10) feet of any structure on Lot 14, which is the required rear yard setback of the R -1 -9.6 zone (Exhibit C). The legal description shown for Lot A is incorrect because it follows the existing north property line and will be required to be corrected prior to recordation (Exhibit D). The Land Surveyor will be required to certify the survey and the applicants will be required to have their signatures notarized on a Tukwila Boundary Line Adjustment application form. Staff recommends the Committee approve the proposed change subject to the fol- lowing conditions: 1. Correction of the legal description. 2. Certification of the survey by Eugene Aaroe. 3.
