MEMORANDUM
At issue istthe street address of the structure which houses National
Health Labs - 18251 Cascade Avenue. This address was issued in 1977 when
the building was constructed. According to Corporate Property Investors,
Riverside Drive was not completed at the time. Since then all maps of the
City show the street which fronts National Health Labs as Riverside Drive.
Because National Health Labs has had its address since 1977 and is physi-
cally located so that is is visible at the end of Cascade Avenue, the City
has two options - leaving the address as is (and any future construction
northwest of National Health however will have a Riverside address), or
requesting National Health Labs to change their letterhead, etc., and
change corresponding City files.
Note: The City has no address or street - naming ordinance.
