Harris Short Plat Douglas T. Harris owns the existing residence at 5157 So. 168th St., which occupies a 26,342 sq. ft. parcel (Exhibit A). He proposes to subdivide the property into two lots. Lot 1 will consist of 9,600 sq. ft., and Lot 2 will contain 16,742 sq. ft. The existing residence is located on proposed Lot 2, 51.9 feet from the proposed property line shared with Lot 1.
