The Committee will meet Thursday, June 13, 1985, at 3:00 p.m. in City Hall
Conference Room #3 to discuss the following application:
Application 84- 18 -SS: Fostoria Park Associates Short Plat
Fostoria Park - partners owns the existing Fostoria Park development and pro-
perty at the southerly corner of S. 133rd and S. 134th St.. The property
was a portion of a short plat approved on April 3, 1980 (79- 26 -SS). A
binding site improvement plan was approved on the property on August 6,'
1980 (80 -21 -BSIP) creating three parcels. At this time the applicant is
requesting that the three parcels be formerly approved as a short plat in
order to create three legally separate parcels.
The M -1 zoning of the property requires the following:
1. 25 -foot front yard and 5 -foot rear building setbacks per TMC
18.50.020.
2. 15 -feet of landscaping in the front yard per TMC 18.52.020.
A survey of the property and existing development indicates that the
existing Fostoria Business Park development, which is fully developed with
a building on each of the proposed lots, except for two buildings on lot 1,
