Tukwila Municipal Code Section 17.12.030.5 stipulates that the Planning Commission hear your application within 60 days of receipt of a "complete...application." Since additional required information remains to be submitted, the August 31, 1984, application submittal is incomplete. Therefore, the 60 days time period has not begun. As soon as possible after we receive the already requested information your application will be submitted to the Planning Commission for review. Your last indication to me was of the intention to submit the information in sufficient time to appear on the November 29, 1984, Commission agenda. Unfortunately insufficient time remains to be heard on that date. If the information is provided by November 30, 1984, the application will be heard on December 27, 1984 or at the latest January 24, 1985.
