During this time when you are incurring delays in gathering the required
engineering /survey information requested by staff, I want to make sure that
you understand the timing of the public review process.
Tukwila Municipal Code Section 17.12.030.5 stipulates that the Planning
Commission hear your application within 60 days of receipt of a
"complete...application." Since additional required information remains to
be submitted, the August 31, 1984, application submittal is incomplete.
Therefore, the 60 days time period has not begun.
As soon as possible after we receive the already requested information your
application will be submitted to the Planning Commission for review. Your
last indication to me was of the intention to submit the information in
sufficient time to appear on the November 29, 1984, Commission agenda.
Unfortunately insufficient time remains to be heard on that date. If the
information is provided by November 30, 1984, the application will be heard
on December 27, 1984 or at the latest January 24, 1985.
I trust this summary of the timing for review of your application is of
assistance.
