RE: Boundary Line Adjustment
Dear Mr. O'Dell:
The City of Tukwila has reviewed and approved the revised application for
a boundary line adjustment for Hillmans Seattle Garden Tract Block 9,
Lots 19 and 20, subject to the removal of the structure located on the
proposed property line dividing the site into two parcels east and west.
The City Clerk's office will gladly assume the responsibility to record
the document with King County Department of Elections and Records, upon
receipt of your check in the amount of nine (9) dollars to cover recording
fees.
If you have any questions regarding this matter please call me at 433 -1845.
