RE: Short Subdivision Application 83 -20 -SS
This letter is to formally notify you of the City Short Subdivision.
Committee action of October 20, 1983. The Committee approved your applica-
tion subject to:
1. City not being responsible for reconstructing the existing rock
retaining wall along 56th Ave. S. upon construction of a driveway into
Lot 1.
2. City staff approval of the location of any driveway on Lot 1.
Per Section 17.08.060.3, Tukwila Municipal Code, if you feel aggrieved by
this decision you may appeal to the Planning Commission. Should you
decide to file an appeal you must do so in writing and submit the appeal
to the Planning Department by October 30, 1983.
The two conditions need to be placed on the short plat map. Thereafter,
you may record the short subdivision and forward a copy of the recorded
document to the Planning Department.
