City not being responsible for reconstructing the existing rock retaining wall along 56th Ave. S. upon construction of a driveway into Lot 1. 2. City staff approval of the location of any driveway on Lot 1. Per Section 17.08.060.3, Tukwila Municipal Code, if you feel aggrieved by this decision you may appeal to the Planning Commission. Should you decide to file an appeal you must do so in writing and submit the appeal to the Planning Department by October 30, 1983. The two conditions need to be placed on the short plat map.
